Week 1
On Wednesday Jan 27, we'll pick up where we left off with the Jesse James Garret "Elements of User Experience" presentation, and we'll also review the key ideas in the second required reading "Web ReDesign 2.0: Workflow that Matters".
The Ex 1 assignment is due on Wed next week so we'll continue with the 'basic HTML' material started on Monday night. I'll aim to get more copies of this handout in time for the Wednesday class.
In the meantime, download or make some digital images to accompany your 'even number' based website (e.g. if you are doing a site about 'the four elements' find images for fire, water, earth, air etc).
We'll also look at audio editing software such as Audacity and how it can be used in combo with other programs to prepare compressed audio assets for digital delivery.
Don't forget to email Joshua Singer if you are wanting to 'add' to DAI527 -

See you in class.
